ABOUT CASA

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for children is a national non-profit organization that seeks to leverage volunteer advocacy to help neglected or abused children navigate the court system and/or adolescence. CASA's impact is wide-reaching, with the organization benefiting over 260,000 children. There are over 950 regional CASA programs nationwide, including Boston CASA (which our chapter is proud to support).

CONCERT FOR CASA

In 2022, Theta organized Concert for CASA, a sold-out benefit show featuring 10 different Tufts performing-arts groups which raised over $7,500 for CASA

FROM EMMA

In addition to philanthropy, service is an important value to Thetas, and we strive to help our local community by volunteering with nearby organizations. During the 2021-2022 school year, our sisters completed nearly 750 hours of service, engaging in a large range of meaningful activities from donating blood to tutoring children. We are proud of our sisters, who work hard to make the world a better place!

TLAM,

Emma Sonnenblick (VP of External Affairs)
