ABOUT CASA

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for children is a national non-profit organization that trains and supports volunteers who advocate for children in the foster care system, ensuring that each child feels safe, cared for, and loved. CASA's impact is wide-reaching, with the organization benefiting over 260,000 children. There are over 950 regional CASA programs nationwide, including Boston CASA (which our chapter is proud to support).

Philanthropy

Every year, Eta Psi holds philanthropy events to support CASA. In the past, we have hosted Pups for Pops, a fundraiser with Pop-Up Bagels and Therapy Dogs! We have also put on Concert for CASA which features live performances by various groups at Tufts. The show has helped our chapter consistently raise over $3,600 a year for CASA.

From Maddie:

In addition to our philanthropy events, service is so important to our chapter. We strive to help the community by working with local organizations. Sisters are involved in service at public schools, hospitals, labs, and with various service groups at Tufts. All together, service is one of our priorities as a chapter and every sister works hard to uphold our commitment to giving back.

TLAM,

Maddie Micale
